Lead Without a Title: Daily Results Program is a digital coaching program by Robin Sharma. The program is based on the principles and philosophies of Lead Without a Title™ (LWT) – a model that anyone in any organization can be a leader and a driver of positive impact. The Daily Results Program (DRP) turns the LWT Leadership Training Model into bite-sized actionable activities that forces the learners to step outside of their comfort zone and apply the principles in real life.

The Daily Results Program is built on the idea that the best way to learn is by doing. Ideas and concepts are great to help you think about how they might be applied to your organization. But real skill acquisition takes place by actually implementing those changes. The Daily Results Program contains 42 bit-sized 15-min activities to help participants not only learn, but actually practice and apply the key principles of Robin’s Lead Without a Title system. The activities are broken down into four key stages:

• Learn - 2-3 minute video and text-based content introduces learners to new LWT concepts
• Practice - Bite-sized interactive exercises completed 3-5 times per week help learners develop their skills
• Apply - Real world actions help learners apply their skills in their every day lives
• Reflect - Built in progress tracking keeps learners on track and helps them identify areas for improvement


The program is about 12 weeks long depending on the learner’s pace and follows the following 5 phases.

1. Mindset Mastery (3 weeks) - Identify the fears and Sabotaging Beliefs that hold you back and master the winning mindset of game-changing leaders. In this phase, youll develop your Core Leadership Values and Ambitious Plan, and practice Deliberate Gratitude, Absolute Personal Responsibility, Grit, and Fearlessness

2. Peak Productivity (3 weeks) - Discover how peak performing leaders beat procrastination, destroy distraction, and get big things done. In this phase, youll identify your excuses, construct your distraction-free work environment, develop a Monomaniacal Focus on your Vital Few, and install planning, time-blocking, and recovery routines.

3. Interpersonal Excellence (3 weeks) - Build trust and respect by learning how to develop rare air relationships with your co-workers and customers and navigate difficult situations. In this phase youll release the past, develop a world-class network, and practice Deep Listening, Direct with Respect communication, and the 10X Value Obsession.

4. World Class Life Balance (2 weeks) - Lead in your career without compromising a world-class personal life. In this phase, youll install Renewal Rituals, learn to switch off and be present with friends and family, and make time for celebration, fun, and savoring the simple pleasures.

5. Maximize Momentum (1 week) - Create a plan to maximize your gains from the Program. In this phase, youll practice the art and science of habit installation to build momentum that lasts well beyond the program.
